Use Your Customer Number to Speed Delivery
Your customer number is listed on all invoices and packing slips.
Use Your Visa®, MasterCard, Discover® or American Express® Charge
Card Number and Expiration Date must be provided for direct mail and phone orders. For mail orders, Customer Service will reach out to you for payment information.
WestRock Return Policy
Our goal is to provide you with timely service in the event a return is necessary. Before returning any product you must have a Return Authorization Number.

You may request an Authorization Number by calling 866-448-8300, 8am to 5pm Monday – Friday, or e-mail us at OrderSubmission@westrock.com.
Return of Non Imprinted Material
Non-imprinted material may be returned within 60 days of shipment. Merchandise must be in original packaging and in saleable condition. There will be a 20% restocking fee incurred on returns and shipping charges are not refundable.
Imprinted Material
Return of custom-imprinted material will be accepted only when due to imprint error. In the event your imprinted material is incorrect, please call our Customer Service Department for help on corrections and return information. All return requests must be made within 60 days of shipment. Custom-imprinted material may not be returned for reasons pertaining to errors in customer approved proofs.

Shipping Information
We will ship the least expensive way unless otherwise specified. All prices are FOB from shipping location or from the least costly shipping point. Shipping includes FedEx, common carrier and other shipping costs. FedEx shipments will be prepaid by WestRock and billed to you. Visa®, MasterCard, Discover® and American Express® orders will have 30% of the total order added for shipping and handling, with a minimum charge of $15.00. Actual shipping charges will be billed at time of shipment.

Sales tax will be charged for non-resale items in CA, CT, FL, ID, IL, MD, MI, NC, NJ, NY, OH, PA, TN, TX, VA and WI.

Weight and size of the shipping container may be important factors when purchasing some of our container lines. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service Department for assistance.

Shipping Damages: Inspect all merchandise Upon Receipt. Any claims for merchandise damaged in transit must be made to the final carrier for common carrier shipments and to WestRock for FedEx. If making a claim, please retain original carton.

Credit Policy
  • Terms: Net 30 Days
    • A monthly service charge will be applied to past-due balances.
  • Payment Options
    • Enclose full payment with order, adding 30% of the total for estimated freight and handling charges. Actual freight charges will be billed on your invoice and reflected on your monthly statement.
    • Charge to your existing account.
    • Charge to Visa®, MasterCard, Discover®, or American Express®. Add 30% of the total estimated for freight and handling charges ($15.00 minimum).
    • Open an account. If you wish to establish credit, please complete and submit the credit application or contact WestRock credit department, or your Account Manager.
    • Foreign accounts have a $500.00 minimum order and must be prepaid in advance or through letter of credit in U.S. dollars. We will provide information on air or ocean shipping charges when you place your order.

  • IMPRINTED ITEMS FOR HOLIDAYS
    • Reminder: When ordering imprinted items for a specific holiday, please allow at least 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
  • SAVE MONEY...BUY IN QUANTITY
    • If you are interested in quantities higher than those shown, let us know which items you want and how many. Special quantity price breaks may be available. Contact your WestRock account manager or our Customer Service Department for details.
